Arrow Medical offers a complete medical manufacturing resource. This extends from engineering support for prototype design and pre-production, to production planning and engineering, right up to volume unit production at rates above 10,000 per month.

Since 1989 Arrow has produced millions of specialised devices, used in anaesthesiology and vascular systems, using high quality clean room assembly techniques. As a specialist contract medical manufacturing business, Arrow has special skills in silicone moulding, advanced textile assembly, radio frequency (RF) welding and clean room assembly.

Arrow Medical has produced anaesthesiology products using combinations of metals, various types of elastomer, and polymers. Arrow also builds safety critical complex components for emergency breathing apparatus, and supplies tubing sets ready for gamma and ETO sterilisation.

Arrow Medical has a multi-site capability at Kington, including more than 15,000 sq. ft. of production, with new clean rooms, advanced metrology, and injection and compression moulding facilities, dedicated to high quality medical, emergency, and safety equipment.

The production complex is supported by quality and production engineering teams working to ISO 13485 and FDA GMP. Arrow maintains the highest standards, from suppliers to goods inward, through clean room assembly to the sterile logistics chain and on to customers' clinical destinations worldwide.
