RAUMEDIC AG, recently formed from the long established medical tubing division of REHAU AG, is a young flexible company full of bright people and new ideas, operating from state of the art clean room facilities near Nuremburg. Current research and development includes non DEHP PVC alternatives, micro extrusion and high frequency forming.

One particular speciality is the design and manufacture of 2 shot moulding systems, RAUMEDIC's two-shot tool and automated assembly system designed for client B.Braun Melsungen AG achieved significant component cost savings and functional improvements to Perifix catheter couplings for example.

RAUMEDIC have already established a reputation for supplying high quality tubing and products for a variety of medical applications including Extra Corporeal Circulation, Dialysis, Enteral Feeding and speciality catheters.

RAUMEDIC can offer you a one-stop development and manufacturing program for medical tubing, injection moulding and full contract manufacturing services. Our engineers will work with you to advise on materials, design and construction, together with packaging and sterilisation. We are able to offer full Regulatory support to enable you to CE mark your medical devices.

RAUMEDIC manufacturing is in full Class 7 Clean Rooms and our facilities and quality systems are accredited to Full EN ISO 13485 and EN ISO 14644. We are equally at home with low volume bespoke devices to high volume tubing requirements and look forward to reviewing your project requirements.
