Laser Micromachining
LML specialises in evaluating new concept designs, rapid prototyping and batch production of medical devices using advanced laser manufacturing methods. It has extensive experience in microfabrication processes and has the widest range of precision laser micromachining tools in the UK within it's state-of-the-art facilities. This unrivalled combination of tools and LML's in-house expertise allows most materials to be micromachined with a range of complex, high quality, precision structures. MicroBridge Services
MicroBridge Services Limited offers micromachining and microinjection moulding services, product design, development and evaluation, job-shop, contract and small batch manufacture. MSL has the widest range micro engineering and manufacturing technologies in the UK, back up by a comprehensive range of metrology equipment. MSL is a one-stop-shop facility for the application of micro technology for small and micro medical and surgical devices, microfluidics and diagnostic devices, implants and healthcare applications. The team of specialists at MicroBridge offer services utilising many micro machining technologies include EDM micromachining, 3D laser micromachining, CNC high-speed micro milling, microinjection moulding and tool making, nano machining, polymer nano imprinting, micro hot embossing, product design and development and metrology.
